The purchased items will be posted within 5 (seven) business days, counting from the payment confirmation.
After posting at the Post Office you will receive an email confirming the sending of your purchase and
informing the object identifier code. With this code, accessing the link: http://www.correios.com.br/sistemas/rastreamento/default.cfm , you can have access to all information and track your order. The delivery time may vary according to the shipping method chosen by you at the time of purchase. If you have chosen another carrier, on its website you will also find the tracking option where you can enter the link you will receive by email.
It is the responsibility of the Post Office and other carriers to deliver the goods within the estimate provided by the same.
The customer has the following options in case of exchange: exchange of the product for an equal one (this
alternative depends on the availability of the item in stock); exchange for another product of equal value; exchange for a voucher to be used on our website; the refund of the total amount paid for the piece.
It is the responsibility of No One Spoke to pay the freight for the exchange of the product, except in cases of non-compliance with the items required by the company (see “Exchanges and Returns”).
